Proudly Honors the Following Waiver Programs

Act 150 Waiver

Pennsylvania’s Act 150 Program enables adults 18 through 59 years of age who are mentally alert and have physical disabilities to perform activities of daily living (such as eating, personal hygiene, and transporting themselves).

Aging Waiver

Aging Home and Community-Based Waiver Services may be available to Pennsylvanians over the age of 60 to enable them to continue to live in their homes and communities with support and services.

Attended Care Waiver

Additional requirements to participate in the Attendant Care Medicaid Waiver: Individuals must require a nursing home care facility level of care for a period of 12 months or longer. Possess income and resources within limits established in the Medicaid Waiver for Attendant Care Services.

OBRA Waiver

The OBRA Waiver is a Home and Community Based Waiver program that may help you if you have a developmental physical disability to allow you to live in the community and remain as independent as possible. To be eligible, you must be a resident of Pennsylvania.


COMMCARE Waiver Service Coordination provides home and community-based services for individuals with a medically determined diagnosis of traumatic brain injury (TBI). If you have a medically determined diagnosis of traumatic brain injury, the COMMCARE Waiver Service Coordination can help you remain as independent as possible.

Independence Care Waiver

You are eligible for -the Independence Waiver if you are a PA resident between the ages of 18-60 (a person that turns 60 while in the waiver will be able to get services through the Independence Waiver), has a physical disability that limits three or more of the following major life activities: self-care, understanding, and use of language, learning, mobility, etc. You must also meet the financial requirements as determined by your local county assistance office.
